A clearer plant inquiry
Use this checklist to agree on the actual plants and delivery arrangements. It is a buying guide, not a guarantee of stock, shipping eligibility or arrival dates.

Ask whether the offer is for a specific specimen or a batch. Confirm the code and whether the offered item is TC, a plant being acclimatized, a rooted plant, a cutting or another form.
确认是实物一物一拍还是批次供货，核对编号与实际苗态；不要仅凭品种名判断规格。
Request dated photos showing foliage, size and visible roots where available. Catalog images illustrate a variety and may not show the exact plant offered.
请索取带日期的叶片、株型、尺寸及可见根系照片。锦纹、叶数与状态以确认时的实物为准。
Confirm quantity, plant price, preparation time, transport charges and any documentation or destination-related costs. Ask which charges are included and which are not.
明确数量、单价、备货时间、运输和文件等费用，逐项确认包含与不包含的项目。
Discuss destination, packing method, transport options and any required checks before ordering. Agree in writing on the handling of delays, plant damage and other arrival issues before payment.
付款前确认目的地、包装、运输及相关核验，并书面确认延误、植株损伤等问题的处理约定；本站不预设未经确认的赔付承诺。
