植物配送政策 | Plant Shipping Policy

一、配送范围 Coverage

我们提供合法合规到国际运输服务，中国、美国、泰国、台湾、越南、日本等主要国家配送服务（偏远地区除外），美国同城速递。国际运输仅限特定品种且需符合检疫法规。 

We provide legal and compliant international transportation services, including goods from major countries such as China, the United States, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, and other countries (remote areas), and same-city express delivery in the United States. International transportation is limited to specific products and must comply with quarantine regulations.

二、时效与费用 Delivery Time & Cost

  ✅交付时间：植物交付时间一个月内

  ✅国际配送：7个工作日，3株植物起 包邮 

  ✅ 美国本土：2-3个工作日（下单截止14:00）

  ❌ 极端天气：气温≤0℃或≥35℃地区暂停配送 

✅Delivery time: within one month of plant delivery

✅International delivery: 7 working days, free shipping for 3 plants or more

✅Continental US: 2-3 working days (order deadline 14:00)

❌ Extreme weather: delivery is suspended in areas with temperature ≤0℃ or ≥35℃

三、鲜活保障 Plant Vitality Guarantee

🌿 提供专业保鲜包装 

🌿 签收时请当场验收：若植物出现死亡或者其他问题, 拍照联系我们处理

🌿 植物特殊性：运输中可能出现轻微损伤，不影响存活的状况不属质量问题。

🌿 签收后48小时内反馈问题 

🌿 Provide professional fresh-keeping packaging

🌿 Please inspect the plant on the spot when signing for it: If the plant dies or has other problems, take a photo and contact us for processing

🌿Plant peculiarities: Minor damage may occur during transportation, but it does not affect survival and is not a quality issue.

🌿 Report any problems within 48 hours after signing for it

四、不可抗力免责 Force Majeure

因交通管制、自然灾害、海关查验等导致的延迟，我们将主动联系您协商解决方案。 

Delays due to traffic control or natural disasters will be communicated proactively for resolution.

企业批量采购、特殊品种运输需提前7天联系客服定制方案。
