退货&退款政策 | Return & Refund Policy
> 一、适用范围
> 1. 本条款仅适用于非定制、非促销清仓类的常规植物商品。
> 2. 种子、耗材、花盆等非活体商品按普通电商规则处理。

> 二、退货条件
> 出现以下质量问题可申请退货退款:
> - ✅ 植物严重病虫害(需提供清晰照片/视频)
> - ✅ 根部腐烂或主干断裂
> - ✅ 发货错误(品种/数量不符)
> - ❌不包含:运输后轻微落叶、缓苗期黄叶、客户养护不当导致的损伤
>
> 三、流程及时限
> 1. 签收后48小时内:上传问题凭证至客服渠道(照片+视频)
> 2. 客服审核:24小时内反馈结果(必要时要求视频连线查验)
> 3. 退货寄回:审核通过后,按客服指定物流退回(到付拒收)
> 4. 退款处理:收到退回商品后3个工作日内,原支付路径退款
>
> 四、特殊条款
> - 🚫 活体植物不退换:理性下单植物的特殊性售出不退不换。
> - 🌧️ 天气免责:高温>35℃/低温<0℃地区,建议暂停购买,强制发货不售后
> - 🌿 退款优先原则:质量问题优先退款,无需退回植物(环保处理)
> -❤️植物是生命体,运输后需1-2周缓苗,请给它一点时间恢复生机!
⚠️ 植物退货核心注意事项
1. 证据规范:
要求客户拍摄*未拆箱完整包裹视频 → 开箱过程视频 → 植物近景照片(重点拍摄问题部位)

> 1. Scope of application
> 1. This clause only applies to regular plant products that are not customized and not promotional clearance.
> 2. Seeds, consumables, flower pots and other non-living products are handled according to ordinary e-commerce rules.

> 2. Return conditions
> You can apply for a return and refund if the following quality problems occur:
> - ✅ Severe plant diseases and insect pests (clear photos/videos must be provided)
> - ✅ Root rot or trunk break
> - ✅ Wrong delivery (variety/quantity does not match)
> - ❌Excluded: slight leaf fall after transportation, yellow leaves during the seedling period, and damage caused by improper maintenance by customers
> III. Process and time limit
> 1. Within 48 hours after signing: upload the problem certificate to the customer service channel (photo + video)
> 2. Customer service review: feedback the result within 24 hours (require video connection verification if necessary)
> 3. Return and send back: after passing the review, return it according to the logistics specified by the customer service (rejection of cash on delivery)
> 4. Refund processing: within 3 working days after receiving the returned goods, the original payment path will be refunded

> IV. Special Terms
> - 🚫 No returns or exchanges for living plants: Order rationally for the special nature of plants. No returns or exchanges after sale.
> - 🌧️ Weather exemption: In areas with high temperatures >35℃/low temperatures <0℃, it is recommended to suspend purchases, and no after-sales service will be provided for forced shipments
> - 🌿 Refund priority principle: Priority refund for quality issues, no need to return plants (environmentally friendly treatment)
> -❤️Plants are living organisms, and it takes 1-2 weeks for seedlings to recover after transportation. Please give them some time to recover!
