一、植物宝宝の旅程

1. 鲜活特性

   - 植物是生命体!运输中可能出现轻微折叶、黄叶(属正常损耗),完美主义者慎拍。 

   - 发货前会拍摄实拍图,介意个体差异可私聊客服确认。

   - 植物是生命体,运输后需1-2周缓苗,请给它一点时间恢复生机

2. 国际物流

   - 🌐 直邮全球(禁运国除外),清关时间≈7-20天(受海关政策影响)。 

   - 包裹全程带保温箱+透气孔,但极端天气仍可能导致损伤(我们会主动延期发货)。

二、责任分界点

我们负责

   - 错发/漏发(签收后24h内凭开箱视频反馈)。 

   - 植物签收时已死亡(需当场拍照)。 

 

无法负责

   - 签收后因养护不当导致的损伤(光照/浇水/冻伤/虫害)。 

   - 清关延迟或被扣(请提前了解本国植物进口政策!)。 

 

 

三、售后绿色通道

1. 立刻拍照/视频!记录包裹外观+植物状态。

3. 售后时效:签收后72小时内反馈有效! 

 

💸 退款规则

- 死亡/错漏:全额退款或补发(免运费)。 

- 轻微损伤:补偿优惠券(养护金)。

I. The Journey of Plant Babies

1. Freshness

- Plants are living organisms! Slightly folded leaves and yellow leaves may occur during transportation (normal loss), so perfectionists should be careful when purchasing.

- Actual photos will be taken before shipment. If you mind individual differences, you can privately chat with customer service to confirm.

- Plants are living organisms. They need 1-2 weeks to grow after transportation. Please give them some time to recover.

2. International Logistics

- 🌐 Direct mail to the world (except for embargoed countries), customs clearance time ≈ 7-20 days (affected by customs policies).

  • The package is equipped with an insulated box + vents throughout the journey, but extreme weather may still cause damage (we will take the initiative to postpone delivery).

 

2. Responsibility dividing point

We are responsible

- Wrong delivery/missing delivery (feedback with unpacking video within 24 hours after signing).

- Plants are dead when signed (photos must be taken on the spot).

 

We are not responsible

- Damage caused by improper maintenance after signing (light/watering/frostbite/insect pests).

- Customs clearance delay or detention (please understand your country's plant import policy in advance!).

 

3. After-sales green channel

🆘 Do this if you have any problems

1. Take photos/videos immediately! Record the appearance of the package + the status of the plant.

2. Click the customer service 👉windwardplant@gmail.com assistant (Chinese and English), and reply within 48 hours.

 

 

3. After-sales time limit: feedback is valid within 72 hours after signing!

 

💸 Refund rules

- Death/error: full refund or reissue (free shipping).

- Minor damage: compensation coupon (maintenance fund).

IV. Important Notes

⚠️ Special varieties require quarantine certificates? Confirm in private chat before placing an order!

⚠️ International return shipping costs must be borne by those who refuse to accept the package (painful warning)!
